RATIONALE
The event, organized as part of the European project PERCH (PartnERship to Contrast HPV), will be an important opportunity for exchange among institutions, professionals, and initiatives engaged in the prevention of HPV-related cancers.
PERCH partner countries* will share their national contexts and lessons learned throughout the project, offering a diverse and concrete overview of experiences across Europe. In addition, other EU-funded projects will present the outcomes of their efforts focused on HPV vaccination. The day will conclude with a high-level round table bringing together leading international experts in epidemiology, prevention, and communication to address common challenges, identify shared priorities, and outline a roadmap toward broader vaccination coverage and a coordinated strategy against HPV in Europe.

AIMS
The Conference aims to present and reflect on the results of the PERCH project, together with those of other EU-funded initiatives focused on HPV prevention. By valuing the diversity of national experiences, it seeks to promote mutual learning, encourage the convergence of strategies, and contribute to the development of a shared European commitment to reducing the burden of HPV-related cancers through a comprehensive approach that includes vaccination, screening, and all key steps in the continuum of prevention.

Official language
The official language is English. Simultaneous translation will not be available.

Target audience
The conference is intended for health care personnel and research organizations and institutions interested in the prevention of diseases related to HPV infection.
A maximum of 200 on-site attendees and up to a maximum of 1000 remote users will be admitted.
Registration and participation
Participation in the event is free of charge.

In the application form, applicants must express their preference to participate in-person or remotely.
Those who have expressed preference to participate on-site will be selected on a first-come first-served basis. Only those who are notified will be admitted on-site. Their attendance will be noted by recording entry and exit on the appropriate attendance register.
Participants who have expressed preference to follow the event remotely will receive via e-mail the link to the meeting and the related instructions. Attendance of online participants will be detected by checking the connection logs. It is therefore recommended to specify first and last name in full when connecting to the videoconferencing platform. The absence of these identifying data will not allow the detection of attendance at the event and the subsequent issuance of the certificate.
All participants, whether in attendance or remotely, will be submitted a satisfaction online questionnaire.

Certificates
Upon request, participants who have attended for at least 75% of the duration of the event and completed the satisfaction online questionnaire will be issued a certificate of attendance, which will be sent by e-mail.

This event does not provide any CME credits.
